设定输出电流:利用驱动器面板上拨码开关可组合出八种状态,对应0.5A,0.8A,1A,1.2A,1.3A,1.5A,1.6A,1.8A八种输出电流。
4.运行模式:提供整步、改善半步、四细分、八细分、十六细分、三十二细分、六十四细分七种运行模式。
5.供电电源:驱动器电源部分采用开关电源,所以可以适应较宽的电源电压,范围直流10~40伏。如果采用较高的电源电压,有助于提高电机在高速运行时的输出力矩,但要注意由此会带来增大驱动器的温升;如果采用较低的电源电压,有助于提高电机在低速运行时的平稳性。
6.保护功能:具有短路保护和错相保护。可以有效保护电机绕组本相或相间的瞬时短路故障,可以保护由于电机2相绕组交叉接线时而不会损坏驱动器。如果电机接线错相,电机表现为运行时电机的输出力矩很小。
7.输入信号:
7.1.公共端:驱动器采用共阳极接线方式,相应的要求用户的上位控制器输出的控制信号必须是共阳极输出。用户必须将上位控制器输出信号的高电压端接在此端子。如果用户的上位控制器输出的控制信号非共阳极输出,必须通过相应的转化接口和驱动器相匹配。
7.2.脉冲端:下降沿有效,即由上位控制器输入的信号从高电压(平)变为低电压(平)时,驱动器响应一个脉冲,步进电机运转一步。
